Once you place an order and select your country for delivery, the shopping cart will apply the relevant postage and packing (downloads excluded). Your order is then emailed to us for processing. Generally we do not contact each customer to acknowledge the order, but if you would like to check that we received your order, please feel free to email us. 

Soon we will be adding options where you can choose tracking on your order and special deliveries etc. We will also be offering next-day delivery in the UK in 2013.
